Survival Supplies Checklist

Survival Supply Lists are a lot like Do-It-Yourselfer tool bags.  They all contain a lot of the same items but they also contain some other items geared to the Do-It-Yourselfer’s personal preferences/talents.

Provided below is a checklist of survival supplies that has been compiled from several different sources (including my own list).   However, several additional factors need to be considered when you are deciding what supplies to have on hand.  Length of time that the survival supplies will be needed can only be estimated at best.  Also, whether you will need to transport these supplies with you and if so, how you will carry them are also critical factors in deciding what you will need.  In addition, expected weather and temperature will have a major bearing on what clothing, shelter, etc that you need to take.

Rule of Thumb for survival supply list planning is “assume the worst but plan for several different options”!  Hopefully, the compiled survival supplies checklist below and the factors mentioned above will be helpful to you as you choose what survival supplies to have on hand.
